Apple adds 6 new products to its obvious claim against Samsung

Apple Inc. has requested a government assess to add six more items to its certain violation assess action against new Samsung Gadgets Co, such as the New Samsung Universe Observe II, in the newest in move in a continuous legal war between the two companies.

The situation is one of two certain violation legal cases waiting in the U.S. Region Court in San Jose by Apple Company against New Samsung. An earlier lawsuit by Apple Company that related to different patents led to a $1.05 billion dollars court judgment against New Samsung on Aug 24.

Apple is also looking for to add the New Samsung Universe S III, running the new Android managing system “Jelly Bean” os, the New Samsung Universe Tab 8.9 Wireless, the New Samsung Universe Tab 2 10.1, the New Samsung Football Pro, and the New Samsung Universe S III Small, to its assess action, according to a assess processing on Saturday.

“Apple has functioned quickly and carefully to figure out that these newly-released items do infringe many of the same statements already stated by Apple Company,” the company said in the processing.

Samsung associates did not instantly reply to demands for opinion.

Apple registered the second assess action in Feb, claiming that various New Samsung smart phone and tablet products such as the Universe Nexus infringed eight of its patents.

Samsung declined violation and registered a cross-complaint claiming that Apple‘s iPhone and iPad infringed eight of its patents.

A U.S. assess on Nov 15 permitted New Samsung to engage in statements the iPhone5 also intrudes its patents.
